Roodebloem Studios is second home to talented, well-known and much-loved fashion photographer Jacques Weyers.

Jacques specialises in retail and editorial fashion photography and has become known for his talent of capturing beautiful, crafted images that you just need to look through his portfolio to see why. His client list includes Guess, Truworths and Polo and you’ve probably seen his work featured in Sports Illustrated, Marie Claire, Elle and GQ, just to name a few publications.

Jacques originally started his career in Graphic Design yet fell in love with the photographic process working on image layouts for advertising campaigns. His accessibility to shoots quickly led him to experimenting with his own work.

Equally comfortable both in studio and on location, Jacques says these options keep his work days exciting as they offer different challenges. “I like the variation of both and feel quite fortunate that I can experience two different disciplines,” says Jacques.
